Quarter Lamb Selection

(12–16 meals / fills about half of a standard freezer drawer)

• Half a leg of lamb (~1.0–1.2 kg)
• Half a shoulder (~1.0–1.2 kg)
• Rack of lamb chops or loin chops (~1.0–1.3 kg)
• Mince or diced lamb (~0.5–0.8 kg)

Half Lamb Selection

(25–34 meals / fills about half of a standard freezer drawer)

• 1 whole leg of lamb (~2.0–2.4 kg)
• 1 whole shoulder (~2.0–2.3 kg)
• Rack of lamb chops (~1.0–1.3 kg)
• 6-8 loin chops (~0.6–0.8 kg)
• Lamb breast (minced) (~0.8–1.0 kg)
• Neck chops (~0.5–0.7 kg)
• Pack of Mince lamb (~0.5 kg)

Full Lamb Selection

(25–34 meals / fills about half of a standard freezer drawer)

• 2 whole leg of lamb (~2.0–2.4 kg)
• 2 whole shoulder (~2.0–2.3 kg)
• 2 Rack of lamb chops (~1.0–1.3 kg)
• 12-16 loin chops (~0.6–0.8 kg)
• Lamb breast (minced) (~1.6–2.0 kg)
• Neck chops (~1–1.4 kg)
• 2 pack of Mince (~1 kg)
